Our Roots Community Foundation was established in 2020 with the goal of serving and uplifting disadvantaged communities. Over the years, we have grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the people we serve. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of marginalised individuals and families.

Through our journey, we have remained steadfast in our mission to create equal opportunities, promote community cohesion, and provide vital resources to those in need. We strive to break down barriers, ensure access to educational support, mental health services, and cultural enrichment, and build a community where everyone feels valued and empowered.

Our Roots Community Foundation is continuing to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families. Our foundation focuses on promoting mental health, education, cultural exchange, and community resilience, all while embracing the diversity that makes our communities unique and vibrant.

We are proud of our growth and impact, and we remain committed to being a catalyst for positive social change. At Our Roots Community Foundation, we believe that by coming together, supporting one another, and embracing diversity, we can build a more inclusive, resilient, and prosperous society for all.

Our children and young people service (aged 4 to 24 years) continues to be very popular in supporting this age group through mentoring and psychosocial wellbeing support.
